High 12

  • Wearing muddy boots so that the boots have grips so we are unable to fall

  • Talk to the cast and crew to make them aware of what could possibly happen.

  • Can find a less muddy place to film at hailnaut forest.

  • Prepare where the nearest hospital is in case an emergency happens.

  • Have emergency contact with the cast's parents if something happens and will call when necessary.

  • Trees/branches can fall onto the cast/crew.

  • Warning the cast/crew about the trees so that they can be aware of the possibilities that could happen.

  • Filming where the cast and crew don’t end up under a tree.

  • Have an emergency location where the cast/crew hurts themselves from the branches. I can sit them aside and call an uber to go to the nearest hospital/health centre.

  • Having an emergency contact of the casts/crews parents, and call them to inform them.

  • Camera can get stolen by someone at Hainault forest

M.G

Z.G

S.B

Significant

Unlikely

Medium 6

  • Making sure that the cast and crew are aware of their surroundings and keep equipment with them at all times.

  • Can film in a different area where people aren’t around to ensure that no one sees the camera and thinks to steal it.

  • Have the school's contact number in case it gets stolen so that they’ll be informed.

  • Have the police number to also inform them about the missing camera so they’ll be able to capture the culprit.

  • Loads of hills which could provoke one of the actors' asthma.

S.B

Major

Moderate

High 12

  • Filming where climbing up hills won’t be necessary

  • Making sure the cast/crew know beforehand the location so that if they have asthma they can bring their asthma pump.

  • Save the crew’s family contact details in case something like this does happen and other crew members not knowing what to do.

  • Have and plan a route of getting to the hospital as quickly and efficiently as possible to reduce the amount of walking.

  • Equipment malfunctioning

M.G

Z.G

S.B

Major

Unlikely

Medium 8

  • Before the cast leave for the shooting of the movie, they should double check the equipment for any issues.

  • Investing in high quality equipment as they tend to last and function a lot more better than low-cost ones.

  • Have an emergency procedure set so that if someone does end up malfunctioning, the crew are already trained for that issue and can resolve it quickly.

  • Have a back-up persons number saved who has similar equipment, in case of an emergency and they need to be called.

  • Inform the school which equipment has malfunctioned so that it can be fixed for its next use.

  • Making sure that I check beforehand if there are any nails and tell my father so he is able to fix it.

  • Covering the nails and giving warnings to the cast/crew to not go next to a certain area since there are nails there.

  • If someone gets poked by the nail, I'll ask my mother who will check for any injuries and if there are injuries we will go to the hospital.

  • Having an emergency contact with the cast's parents to call them when necessary if it gets serious.

  • The door could close and lock us inside

  • Making sure i’ll tell my parents about us recording in the shed beforehand so that they can be outside when shooting. If we get locked inside they’ll be outside ready to open the door.

  • Having a door stopper on the door to make sure the door doesn’t close but stays open.

  • If getting locked inside I will have my phone inside which I will make an emergency call to my parents to get us out.

  • Having to leave the shed from the window on the side of the shed.

  • The shed is dusty which could affect someone's breathing

S.B

Severe

Likely

Extreme 20

  • Deep cleaning the shed beforehand making sure it’s not as dusty with all the dust gone ready for film day.

  • Making sure the cast/crew know beforehand, if they tell me it’s bad I'll use a backup location as the shed.

  • Finding the nearest hospital and taking the fastest route there or calling the ambulance when an emergency occurs.

  • Saving the cast/crews emergency contact and contacting them as soon as possible when necessary.

  • Light bulb in the shed may die and not show any light

M.G

Z.G

S.B

Major

Medium 8

  • Have a backup light bulb inside the shed where it’s noticeable so I'll be able to change it.

  • Changing the light bulb before the filming session so that it’ll be highly unlikely for the light bulb die and not show any light

  • I will contact my parents to let them know the light bulb is out so it can be fixed.
